How do I purchase an access code for attune™?

After successfully purchasing an access code for attune™, you will be charged a one-time fee using the payment method you provided. A single-use access code will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. You may purchase an access code for your own use or send an access code to an alternative recipient via email. After you have entered the access code into the attune™ app, you will be able to access the content for 180 days.

A user’s ability to access attune™ is dependent upon access to a smartphone, tablet, or other computing device with a current operating system, adequate software, storage space, and Internet access.

How do I start using attune™?

Once you have an attune™ access code, you can get started in three easy steps:

  1. Download the attune app
    • attune™ is available for Apple iOS and Android devices
      • Download attune for Apple iOS
      • Download attune for Android
  2. Enter your access code
    • Open attune™ and enter the access code that was emailed to you
  3. Create an account with your preferred email address and password
    • After you’ve entered the access code, you can create an individual account
    • This account will only be accessible using the email address and password you entered when creating your attune™ account

After an access code has been entered, it will expire immediately. If you have any issues entering your access code, you can contact the Blue Note Patient Service center at or by calling or texting 415-200-3697.

What is your refund policy?

If you have purchased an attune™ access code, you can contact us within thirty (30) days of your purchasing date to receive a full refund.

How do I request a refund?

You can request a refund to be made to your original method of payment by contacting our Patient Service Center.

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is processed, it can take up 7-10 business days before it appears on your billing statement.
